Section 489.357 - License not to be used by person other than to whom issued; disciplinary action1. A license issued pursuant to this chapter must not be used for any purpose by any person other than the person to whom the license is issued.2. The holder of such a license shall not assign, transfer or otherwise authorize the use of the license by any other person.3.
