Section 488.155 - Change of address of holder of certificate of number or ownership: Holder to notify Department and furnish new address; surrender and replacement or alteration of inaccurate certificates1. Any holder of a certificate of number and a certificate of ownership shall notify the Department, within 10 days, if the holder's address no longer conforms to the address appearing on the certificates and shall, as a part of the notification, furnish the Department with his or her new address.2.
