Section 484D.480 - Equipment for tow car: Rear and stop lamps; portable electric extension cord1. Tow cars used to tow vehicles shall be equipped with and carry a rear lamp, a stop lamp and a portable electric extension cord for use in displaying the lamp on the rear of the disabled vehicle.2.
