Section 484C.388 - "Testing" defined

"Testing" means any procedure approved by the Committee on Testing for Intoxication for determining the concentration of alcohol or the amount of a prohibited substance in a person's system that is provided for in the applicable guidelines adopted pursuant to NRS 484C.396.
