Section 484B.117 - Driving upon sidewalk prohibited; penalty; exceptions1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the driver of a vehicle shall not drive upon or within any sidewalk area except at a permanent or temporary driveway or alley entrance. A person who violates this subsection is guilty of a misdemeanor.2.
