Section 484A.470 - Authority of Department to adopt regulations concerning special mobile equipment

The Department may adopt regulations relating to the administration and enforcement of provisions in chapters 484A to 484E, inclusive, of NRS pertaining to special mobile equipment as defined in NRS 484A.245.
