Section 483.415 - Additional fee; deposit in Highway and Safety Administrative Account; use of money1. The Department of Motor Vehicles shall charge and collect a fee of: (a) Fifty cents, in addition to the fees set forth in NRS 483.410, for every driver's license, including a motorcycle driver's license, issued or renewed which expires on or before the fourth anniversary of the licensee's birthday.(b) One dollar, in addition to the fees set forth in NRS 483.410, for every driver's license, including a motorcycle driver's license, issued or renewed which expires on the eighth anniversary of the licensee's birthday.2. The Department of Motor Vehicles shall deposit the money into the Highway and Safety Administrative Account which is hereby created in the State Highway Fund.
