Section 482.3153 - "Waiver of damages" defined

"Waiver of damages" means an agreement by the short-term lessor not to hold a short-term lessee liable for any:

1. Portion of the damage or loss related to a leased passenger car.

2. Loss of use of the passenger car.

3. Charges for storage, impound, towing or administration.
