Section 482.1005 - "Recreational park trailer" defined1. "Recreational park trailer" means a vehicle which is primarily designed to provide temporary living quarters for recreational, camping or seasonal use and which: (a) Is built on a single chassis mounted on wheels;(b) Has a gross trailer area not exceeding 400 square feet in the set-up mode; and(c) Is certified by the manufacturer as complying with Standard No. A119.5 of the American National Standards Institute.2.
