Section 482.096 - "Purchase price" defined "Purchase price" means:
1. If no security interest is taken, retained, created or in existence by virtue of a sale of a vehicle in this State, the price of the vehicle plus any additional included amounts for taxes, official fees, registration fees, transfer of title fees, delivery charges, installation charges, servicing charges, repair charges, alteration charges and improvement charges, or any of them.2.
