Section 466.030 - Jurisdiction of Board and Commission; regulations1. The jurisdiction, supervision, powers and duties of the Board and the Commission extend to all persons, associations or corporations which hold or conduct any meeting within the State of Nevada where any racing is permitted for any stake, purse or reward.2.
