Section 463B.170 - Retention of books, records, evidences of debt and accounts in State Unless otherwise authorized by the court, if a gaming establishment is under the control of a supervisor:
1. All the books and records relating to the operation of the establishment and all evidences of debts owed to the establishment must be kept and retained in the State of Nevada.2.
