Section 463.3855 - Annual fee for license for operator of slot machine route1. In addition to any other state license fees imposed by this chapter, the Commission shall, before issuing a state gaming license to an operator of a slot machine route, charge and collect an annual license fee of $500.2. Each such license must be issued for a calendar year beginning January 1 and ending December 31. If the operation of the licensee is continuing, the Commission shall charge and collect the fee on or before December 31 for the ensuing calendar year.3.
