Section 453.211 - Review, revision and dissemination of schedules1. The Board shall: (a) Review the schedules annually and maintain a list of current schedules. (b) Upon the revision of a schedule, cause a copy of the revised schedule to be sent to each district attorney, public defender and judge in the State of Nevada.(c) Make copies of the list of current schedules available to members of the public upon request. The Board may charge a reasonable fee for providing the copies.2.
