Section 453.572 - Prohibition on production, distribution, sale or offering to sell synthetic cannabinoid1. A person shall not produce, distribute, sell or offer to sell in this State any synthetic cannabinoid.2. As used in this section, "synthetic cannabinoid" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 678A.239.
