Section 452.200 - Liability and penalty for unauthorized use or investment of funds

Any member of a board of trustees or any officer or director of a corporation or association violating any of the provisions of NRS 452.160 shall be personally liable therefor, and shall upon conviction thereof be guilty of a misdemeanor.
