Section 452.0087 - "Endowment care cemetery" defined

"Endowment care cemetery" means a cemetery that is required by NRS 452.050 to maintain an endowment care fund or that elects, pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 452.050, to come under the provisions of that section.
