Section 452.655 - Dedication of property for use as cemetery: Procedure; effect1. The owner of real property may dedicate any portion of the property for use as a cemetery for pets by recording an acknowledged declaration of that dedication, which must specify the period for which the dedication is made, with the county recorder of the county in which the property is located.2. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 3, property dedicated for use as a cemetery for pets must be used exclusively for that purpose until the dedication is removed by court order.3.
