Section 452.645 - Applicability of provisions
The provisions of:
1.NRS 452.650 to 452.700, inclusive, do not apply to cemeteries containing human remains only.2.NRS 452.655 to 452.700, inclusive, do not apply to the operation of a cemetery for pets existing on October 1, 1993, unless the property on which the cemetery is located is dedicated for use as a cemetery for pets pursuant to NRS 452.655.
