Section 451.270 - Manner and time of reinterment1. The remains of each person reinterred shall be placed in a separate and suitable receptacle and decently and respectfully interred not later than 1 year after the date on which the remains are disinterred under rules and regulations adopted by the cemetery authority making the removal.2.
