Section 451.040 - Seizure of remains for debt; interference with dead body; penalty1. Every person who shall arrest or attach the dead body of a human being upon a debt or demand, or shall detain or claim to detain it for any debt or demand or upon any pretended lien or charge, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.2.
