Section 450B.150 - Administration and enforcement; inspections1. The health authority shall administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter.2. The health authority and its authorized agents shall enter upon and inspect, in a reasonable manner and during reasonable business hours, the premises and vehicles of persons and governmental entities providing services regulated pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.3.
