Section 450B.670 - "Roving emergency medical technician team" defined

"Roving emergency medical technician team"means a team at the site of a special event that:

1. Consists of two or more emergency medical technicians, advanced emergency medical technicians or paramedics who are licensed attendants or authorized to serve as attendants under the Recognition of Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact ratified by section 2 of this act; and

2. Has the medical supplies necessary to provide emergency medical care.
