Section 450.680 - Election concerning issuance of bonds; applicability of Local Government Securities Law1. If a board of trustees desires to avail itself of the power conferred by NRS 450.670 and submission to the voters is required by the provisions of NRS 350.020 to 350.070, inclusive, the board shall submit the question of issuing the bonds to the registered voters of the district in accordance with those provisions.2.
