Section 449.0303 - Authority of Board to require licensing of other facilities

The Board may adopt regulations requiring the licensing of a facility other than those required to be licensed pursuant to NRS 449.029 to 449.2428, inclusive, if the:

1. Facility provides any type of medical care or treatment; and
2. Regulation is necessary to protect the health of the general public.
