Section 449.113 - Grounds for denying renewal of license The Division shall not renew a license to provide community-based living arrangement services if:
1. The holder of the license has refused or failed to reimburse any overpayment for community-based living arrangement services as required pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 449.112; or2. The holder of the license has failed to correct any practice required by the Division to comply with state law or regulations or the requirements of a contract between the holder and the Division.Added to NRS by 2019, 2149Added by 2019, Ch. 348,§13, eff. 1/1/2020.
