Section 447.160 - Disposal of sewage; disinfection of toilets1. Every hotel in this state must have proper facilities for sewage disposal and must be kept free from effluvia arising from any sewer, drain, toilet or other source within the control of the proprietor, owner, manager, agent or other person in charge.2.
