Section 445B.205 - Department designated as State Air Pollution Control Agency
The Department is:
1. Designated as the Air Pollution Control Agency of the State for the purposes of the Federal Act insofar as it pertains to state programs.2. Authorized to take all action necessary or appropriate to secure to this state the benefits of the Federal Act.
