Section 445B.530 - Commission may assume jurisdiction over specific classes of air contaminants1. If the Commission finds that the control of a particular class of sources of air contaminant because of its complexity or magnitude is beyond the reasonable capability of one or more local air pollution control authorities, it may assume and retain jurisdiction over that class in the county or counties so affected.2.
