Section 445B.745 - "Motor vehicle" defined

"Motor vehicle" means every self-propelled vehicle in, upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a public highway except:

1. Devices moved by human or animal power or used exclusively on stationary rails; and

2. Electric personal assistive mobility devices as defined in NRS 482.029.
