Section 445B.902 - "Clean truck or bus" defined

"Clean truck or bus" means a medium-duty or heavy-duty vehicle that:

1. Is powered by electricity that is stored in a battery or produced by a hydrogen fuel cell; and

2. Produces zero exhaust emissions.
