Section 445A.625 - Radioactive and hazardous wastes: Permit to discharge, deposit, generate or dispose of required

The Department may issue, pursuant to NRS 445A.630, 445A.635 and 445A.640, a written permit to an applicant for that person to discharge, deposit, generate or dispose of any radioactive or hazardous waste.
