Section 445A.595 - Permits: Request for public hearing on application; notice of hearing; inapplicability to temporary permits The Commission shall provide by regulation:
1. An opportunity for each permit applicant, interested agency, city, county, Indian tribe or irrigation district located downstream from the point of discharge, or any person to request a public hearing conducted by the Director with respect to each permit application; and2. For public notice of the hearing, at least 30 days before the date of the hearing. The provisions of this section do not apply to an application for a temporary permit issued pursuant to NRS 445A.485.
