Section 445A.945 - Injunctions1. The Division or the appropriate district board of health may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin the continuance or occurrence of any act or practice which violates the provisions of NRS 445A.800 to 445A.955, inclusive, or of any regulation adopted or order issued pursuant thereto.2.
