Section 445A.890 - Systems constructed after June 30, 1991: Preliminary requests for comments

Before making the finding specified in NRS 445A.910 and before making the determinations specified in NRS 244.3655, 268.4102 and 445A.895, the Commission or Division , as applicable, shall request comments from the:

1. Public Utilities Commission of Nevada;

2. State Engineer;

3. Local government within whose jurisdiction the water system is located; and

4. Owner of the water system.
