Section 445A.175 - Discharge of waste prohibited; issuance of permit subject to provision of sewerage1. Except as provided in subsection 2, the direct discharge of sewage or other wastes into Lake Tahoe, or within 100 feet of the established high water rim of Lake Tahoe, or within 100 feet of a stream, reservoir, spring, well or other water supply in the Lake Tahoe Watershed is prohibited.2.
