Section 445A.NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] ["Eligible recipient" defined]

"Eligible recipient" means a legal entity that is eligible to receive assistance from the Account in accordance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq., including, without limitation, a municipality or interstate agency.
