Section 445A.140 - Limitations on use of money; compliance with federal law
1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 445A.145, money in the Account , including, without limitation, repayments of principal and interest on loans, and interest and income earned on money in the Account, may be used only

in accordance with 33 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq.

2. The regulations adopted by the Commission pursuant to NRS 445A.135 must prescribe, in accordance with federal law, the authorized uses of the money in the Account.
