As used in NRS 445A.060 to 445A.160, inclusive, and sections 2, 3 and 4 of this act, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 445A.070 to 445A.115, inclusive, and sections 2, 3 and 4 of this act have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
