Section 444A.080 - Adoption of regulations1. The State Environmental Commission shall adopt regulations necessary to enforce the provisions of NRS 444A.010 to 444A.070, inclusive.2. The State Environmental Commission may adopt any other regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 444A.010 to 444A.070, inclusive.
