Section 441A.110 - "Provider of health care" defined

"Provider of health care" means a physician, nurse, anesthesiologist assistant or veterinarian licensed in accordance with state law, a physician assistant licensed pursuant to chapter 630 or 633 of NRS or a pharmacist registered pursuant to chapter 639 of NRS.
