Section 440.520 - Disposition of burial or removal permit
The funeral director shall:
1. Deliver the burial permit to the sexton or person in charge of the place of burial, before interring or otherwise disposing of the body.2. Attach the removal permit to the box containing the body, when shipped by any transportation company.
