Section 440.433 - Notice to parents or guardian of autopsy upon body of minor; placement of internal organs1. When an autopsy is performed upon the body of a minor, the person who orders the autopsy shall make a diligent effort to give the parents or guardian of the minor notice of the autopsy in person, by telephone or by mail.2.
