Section 439.987 - Establishment1. A governmental entity, a nonprofit corporation that is recognized as exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3), a public health program, a medical facility or a person who has a fiscal sponsor that is recognized as exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3), may establish a sterile hypodermic device program in this State.2. As used in this section: (a) "Medical facility" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 449.0151.(b) "Public health program" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 454.00973.Added to NRS by 2013, 3171Added by 2013, Ch. 497,§4, eff. 7/1/2013.
