Section 439.010 - Administration of chapter

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 439.5102 to 439.5108, inclusive, and 439.581 to 439.595, inclusive, the provisions of this chapter must be administered by the Administrator and the Division, subject to administrative supervision by the Director.
