Section 50.067 - Competency: Receipt of certain care or counseling1. A person is not incompetent to be a witness solely by reason of the fact that the person or a member of the person's family has received medical, psychiatric, or psychological care or counseling in connection with the act or event giving rise to the proceeding.2.
