Section 433B.190 - Adoption of regulations concerning abuse and neglect of consumers1. The Division shall adopt regulations to: (a) Provide for a more detailed definition of abuse of a consumer, consistent with the general definition given in NRS 433B.340;(b) Provide for a more detailed definition of neglect of a consumer, consistent with the general definition given in NRS 433B.340; and(c) Establish policies and procedures for reporting the abuse or neglect of a consumer.2.
