Section 433B.290 - Provision of treatment; operation of treatment facilities; regulations; coordination of activities1. The Division may:(a) Provide treatment for children with emotional disturbance at any division facility.(b) Operate treatment facilities specifically for the purpose of providing treatment for children with emotional disturbance.2.
