Section 432B.650 - Individual development account: Provision of instruction in financial literacy to child for whom account is established1. An agency which provides child welfare services shall, to the extent that money is provided by the State Treasurer pursuant to NRS 422A.492 for that purpose, ensure that instruction in financial literacy is provided to a child for whom an individual development account is established pursuant to NRS 432B.645.2.
