Section 432B.040 - [Effective on the earlier of 7/1/2025, or the date on which the Division of Child and Family Services of the Department of Health and Human Services notifies the Governor and the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau that there is sufficient money available to] "Child" defined "Child" means a person under the age of 18 years or, if in school, until graduation from high school.
